Standard Streaming Access

Refund Request Process

TribuShare is the single contact point for buyers. The Creator is the legal seller and absorbs refund costs per their agreement with TribuShare.

1. Send your request to [email protected]
2. TribuShare is the primary point of contact for all refund enquiries
3. Upon receipt, TribuShare notifies Avatar, who has 48 hours to respond
4. If the Creator does not respond within 48 hours, TribuShare will process the refund in accordance with applicable law
5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
6. Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. via Stripe Connect. Revenue flows directly to the Creator's connected Stripe account, after deduction of TribuShare's platform commission.

EU/EEA/UK — Withdrawal Right Details

Before streaming:

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, or UK and have not commenced streaming, you may exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal by contacting [email protected] with your order reference and the statement: "I withdraw from my purchase of access to the content."

Where you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, the refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

After streaming begins:

By clicking "Play", you acknowledge that the digital service has been delivered and you waive your right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. No refund is available once streaming has commenced.
